• This Promotion is only applied for clients who book Halong overnight cruise on rosacruise.com.  Each person will be offered a free Approval Letter for Visa on arrival 1 month single entry normal processing.
• This Promotion is only applied for nationalities listed here(chữ here tạo hyperlink đến các quốc tịch được áp dung). For other nationalities, please contact us.
• Stamp fee is not included.
• This Promotion will not be convertible into cash or discounted.
• An amount of 12 USD/visa will be charged if the overnight cruise is cancelled by any reasons.
• After make a booking, please request us for issuing visa approval letter and send us the required information.
• Free visa is NOT applicable for urgent booking (the booking must be made at least 3 working days prior to arrival date)

How to get “Free Visa Promotion”?

There are 3 main steps to apply for a Vietnam Visa on Arrival::

Step 1: Booking your Halong bay Cruise

Please make the request of your Halong Bay Trip with reservation form on website or send me an email to sale@rosacruise.com

Step 2: Making payment for your cruise & send us the required information for visa

After submit your booking our travel consultant will send you the payment email, please process with your credit card. After deposit/ making payment for your cruise booking, please send us your detail for visa process:

• Name on passport:
• Gender:
• Date of Birth:
• Passport number:
• Expired Date:
• Arrival Date in Vietnam:
• Nationality:

Step 3: Get Visa Approval Letter and prepare for getting Visa stamped on arrival.

• Receive a Visa Approval Letter via email from us (attached with For Entry and Exit – Application Form).
• Print out the Letter and the Application Form.
• Fill out the Application Form.
• Prepare 2 passport sized photos (4×6) and an amount of USD for stamping fee (U.S.$25 for a one month (30 day) or 3 month (87 day) single entry visa, U.S. $45 for a less than 30 day multi-entry).
• Put all above mentioned things along with your passport in a package, and then show them to Immigration Officers at Vietnam arrival airports.
